Always the first option will be to maintain fluid communication with your RPA Freelancer so that they can resolve the differences directly, but if this is no longer a solution, there is an option called "Open dispute" which is available within the Task Payment instance corresponding to the project in progress.
To access this option just click on the three dots on the right side of the screen and select the option "Open dispute" which will open a form for you to enter the details of the problem, at this point it is important that you can give as much information as possible by attaching evidence and recounting what happened.
After submitting this information the current project will be immediately cancelled, the parties will be notified and our team will start an investigation to finally initiate an arbitration process.
