• Invitation to a specific freelancer: in this modality it is possible to invite a specific freelancer to participate in a task that you will publish in a targeted way for this professional. To do this, you must first identify the RPA freelancer of your choice by using the search engine and browsing through the profiles. Then enter the RPA service you will hire from this freelancer and on the left side you will see the option to invite this freelancer to a private project.

To publish a project you need to have an "employer" user, then you can click on the "Publish a task" button located at the top right of your screen.

Then you will be redirected to the job posting module, where you can indicate all the details of your request, such as the type of RPA service you need, the name of your task, the description of your task, attach a complementary file (optional), indicate the skills that the freelancer needs to have for your task, indicate the time limit for this hiring, select the hiring mode (fixed price or hourly rate) and finally the budget you are willing to pay for this task.

Once you have completed this information, you will be able to publish your assignment and you will start receiving proposals from talented RPA freelancers within minutes.

To search for RPA profiles you can use our search engine which will allow you to view all freelancers who are registered on the platform, in addition to this you can use the filters to search for specific RPA services, RPA tools, nationality of freelancers or value per hour that the freelancer charges.

Note: "freelancer" and "employer" type users have this option available.

To contact the freelancers you need to have an "employer" account and have posted a task, because when you receive proposals from interested RPA freelancers, you will have the option to hire them or to contact them by sending them a direct message through our chat.

It is also possible to have direct access to the chat with the RPA freelancer by inviting them to participate in a private task.

In addition to these options there are some freelancers who have activated the option "share my contact details" and in those cases it is possible to send a direct message to the freelancer, however it is always recommended to hire through our platform, otherwise we can not guarantee the success of your task.

Yes, it is possible to send an Invitation to a specific freelancer, in this mode you will be able to invite a specific freelancer to participate in a task. To do this, you must first identify the RPA freelancer of your preference using the search engine and browsing the profiles. Then enter the RPA service you will hire from this freelancer and on the left side you will see the option to invite this freelancer to a private task.

This way you will not need to open a public task or receive several proposals, you can simply direct the hiring to a specific freelancer.
