Payments and Fees
General information on payment methods and commissions related to RPA services
At the moment it is only possible to make transactions in US Dollars.

It is possible to make payments or add US Dollars to your "employer" account, for that we have several options, such as credit/debit card payments, bank transfers and PayPal.
After reaching an agreement with the selected RPA freelancer, you must make the payment that will be on hold within the platform until your RPA freelancer delivers the task 100% completed, only then you can approve the release of this payment.
In addition to the value that was agreed with your freelancer the following 2 fees will be added:
3.9% on the value of the task, for costs related to the payment gateway for secure transactions that RPApp.io uses.
4% on the value of the task, as RPApp.io's commission.
A total of 7.9% of the task value should always be considered.

Yes, RPApp.io issues an American Invoice for each financial transaction made within the platform, we also have a financial panel that will allow you to access in real time to all your payment history (contracts).

When an RPA freelancer completes a task within the platform, he/she must submit the completed work and request approval from his/her client.
After approval, your earnings will be released minus the 14% RPApp commission.
These earnings will be reflected in your RPApp account in US Dollars, money that you can later withdraw by selecting different methods such as: Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal or Payoneer.
